| Kernow Decorators undertook this New Build Contract in Dobwalls (ColdWinds Lane, Liskeard) one of several recently. The development consisted of a mix of 2,3,4 Bedroom houses for the local Authority (DEVON AND CORNWALL HOUSING) and 4-1Bedroom Apartments. All paints used for Internals/Externals were ECO Friendly and 100% Breathable Super Leytex quality. | |

We acquired the Decoration contract of these 10 Luxury Apartments from 3MS Construction.
The Development of these New Builds took place at Malabar Road Truro, less than 2 miles
away from the city centre.
All Internals were finished to a very high standard, the walls were decorated with a soft
Cornish Cream Super Leytex. The Externals were finished in County Cream with gold banding.
