This house was built from scratch by southwest trowels we secured the decoration works
from the owners direct who own TREGENNA CASTLE the project works took us five weeks and was
handed over on schedule two days before xmas. All paints used were perma paints very high
quality and gives a long lasting high spec finish. |

This is one of Trevor Osbournes holiday homes. The eight bedroom house had all the external
sash windows refurbished with external perma flexi paints and sits on the cliff tops
overlooking Porthleven Habour. No scaffold was required as we supplied our own cherry
pickers! The contract took us four weeks. |

| We secured the decorating contract for this six-bed home in St Ives by Nova Construction. The house had a total refurbishment and took us nine weeks to complete. The externals were spray finished in a white super latex to the highest standard, the house sits on the cliff tops of Hain Walk Nr St. Ives. | ||
