The Old School House Golant.. |

This is Mr and Mrs Bonsall's new home in Golant (near Fowey). The views from this house
are absolutely breathtaking. The house had been empty for more than 4yrs and needed a
total refurbishment, the house was completely stripped bare and revamped into what you
see now. They chose a great colour scheme from the Farrah/Ball range. We worked hard on
the house for 7 weeks and we're over the moon with the results. The 1st and 2nd fix really
made our work a lot easier, a really great bunch of guys to work with, many thanks to
Kettle Interiors team for that, brilliant tradesmen. |

This property was renovated for Jane Dale in Redruth. It was built in the late 1890's!
Jane's parents bought this house 1967 for a
mere £9000!! and used part of the house as a holiday let. |

As you can see above, Penhallick House looks simply stunning now we have completed the
restoration process and it has returned to it's former glory. |

And here it is, brought back to life!!, saved from the brink of being ripped out and
replaced with UPVC. Jane and her husband couldn't be happier, sadly we feel there are not
many decorating companies out there these days trained in restoration, but here at
KERNOWDECORATORS we pride ourselves on being trained in how to treat and preserve old woods..

We undertake all types of domestic painting work from hall, stairs and landings to bathrooms and kitchens, exterior works, wooden windows, front and garage doors. It sounds a cliche, but no job is too big or small for us. We value our clients who need a single room painting, as much as we do our larger contracts. Having a trades person in the privacy of your own home can be very intrusive. Here at Kernow Decorators we go through all aspects of works with the client step by step so you know what is involved and when it will happen. Unless requested, we do not enter your home until after 9am as our experience shows that busy families need time to kick start their days. Plus at the end of each day's work we throughly clean and hoover thereby aiming to cause as little disruption as possible throughout our time with you.
